Dr. Erica A. Schuyler has been the Neurology Residency Director at UConn/Hartford HealthCare since 2009. She is an Associate Professor of Neurology at UConn and is the Associate Chief of Neurology at Hartford Hospital. She has served in numerous leadership roles in Med Ed including past Chair of the Consortium of Neurology Program Directors. Her advocacy work has focused on promoting the career success of IMG physicians and of women in medicine. She has developed policies and guidelines for the AAN relating to resident and program director wellness, IMG advocacy, virtual recruitment, and reforming the fellowship application timeline.
