Olga Troyanskaya, PhD

Dr. Olga Troyanskaya is the Founding Director of Princeton Precision Health and the Maduraperuma/Khot Professor of Computer Science and Genomics at Princeton University. She is also the Deputy Director for Genomics at the Flatiron Institute’s Center for Computational Biology. Her group develops AI models to decode genomes and analyze complex multi-omic and clinical data to diagnose and treat complex diseases. Dr. Troyanskaya is committed to democratizing her machine learning innovations through public, interactive interfaces. She received her PhD from Stanford University and joined Princeton University faculty in 2003. She is an ACM Fellow and the recipient of the Sloan Research Fellowship, NSF CAREER award, Ira Herskowitz Award from The Genetics Society of America, and the Overton Prize in computational biology.
