Melody Asukile, MBChB, MMED

Dr. Melody Asukile is a neurologist from Zambia. She completed her neurology residency in 2020 at the University of Cape Town, South Africa, and further specialized in Clinical Epileptology there. She serves as a lecturer and attending neurologist at the University Teaching Hospital in Lusaka. She directs the national electroencephalography laboratory and serves as Treasurer of the Neurological Association of Zambia and President of the Zambia League Against Epilepsy.
She is currently pursuing her PhD at University College London. Her research interests include improving epilepsy diagnosis and management in resource-limited settings, as well as the use of telemedicine for neurology education and service provision.
