Lindsey De Lott, MD, MS

Dr. Lindsey De Lott is an Assistant Professor and clinician-scientist with joint appointments in the Departments of Ophthalmology and Neurology at the University of Michigan. She currently serves as the Section Leader for the University of Michigan Kellogg Eye Center Neuro-ophthalmology Division.
Her research focuses broadly on improving care efficiencies and outcomes for patients with neurologic and ophthalmic conditions. She also collaborates on projects assessing the costs of neurologic and ophthalmic care in the U.S., as well as the impact of vision and neurologic impairment on health, disability, and quality of life.
Dr. De Lott is the Principal Investigator (PI) on an NIH-funded R01 grant investigating central nervous system mechanisms underlying chronic ocular pain and response to treatment. She also serves as a Co-Investigator (Co-I) on a NEI-funded R01 studying vision impairment (both objective and self-reported) and its impact on physical functioning. In addition, she co-leads the Dissemination and Translation Core for an NIA-funded R61/R33 SENSE network grant.
Her work aims to promote evidence-based, patient-centered care for individuals with neurologic diseases affecting the eye and vision.
