Eva Feldman, MD, PhD, FANA

Dr. Eva Feldman is a clinician-scientist dedicated to understanding and treating neurological disorders. She is the Director of the University of Michigan ALS Center of Excellence and the NeuroNetwork for Emerging Therapies. A past president of the American Neurological Association (ANA), she is also a member of the Association of American Physicians and the National Academy of Medicine (NAM), where she serves on the NAM Council. In addition, she is a Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS).
NIH-funded since 1989, Dr. Feldman leads a lab of 25 exceptional scientists conducting pioneering basic science, clinical, and translational research on the pathogenesis of ALS, neuropathy, and dementia in metabolic diseases. Her internationally recognized work is reflected in more than 650 publications, over 66,000 citations, and an h-index of 129.
