Daniel Woo, MD

Dr. Daniel Woo is Professor and Chair of Neurology at SUNY Buffalo and his area of research focus is molecular epidemiology of complex traits with a particular focus on intracerebral hemorrhage, epidemiology, outcomes and recovery. Dr. Woo’s research includes genome wide sequencing, RNA sequencing, advanced neuroimaging and clinical trials. Dr. Woo’s research efforts emphasize collaboration and multidisciplinary teams to maximize scientific advances. He has previously served as the Chair of the International Stroke Genetics Consortium as well as numerous career development cores and efforts.
