The Baltimore Museum of Art (BMA) is located in the heart of Charles Village, on Art Museum Drive at North Charles and 31st Streets.
It’s easy to get there by car or using public transportation. The BMA is three miles north of Inner Harbor. There may be street closures due to construction at Johns Hopkins University.
Parking at the BMA
The BMA East and West lots are available for BMA and Gertrude’s Restaurant patrons. Both lots include wheelchair-accessible spaces.
Parking rates:
- FREE for up to 30 minutes
- $12 Daily Rate (6 AM – 5 PM)
- $9 Evening Rate (5 PM -12 AM)
- FREE for cars with accessibility placards or plates
You can pay for BMA parking at the Welcome Desk or at the pay station in the East Lobby. The BMA accepts cash, debit cards, and credit cards.
Please note that the BMA is not responsible for damages to, loss of, or thefts from vehicles parked on its premises. As a precaution, please do not leave valuables unattended in your car.
