Hee Ra Jung and Shreyas Venkitaraman are research technicians in the Department of Neurology at Washington University in St. Louis School of Medicine. Hee Ra received her BA in Cognitive Neuroscience with a minor in Computer Science, and Shreyas received his BS in Neuroscience from Washington University. They are currently conducting translational neuroscience research focused on stroke recovery and neuroprotection. Their work investigates poststroke sleep disturbance and the therapeutic potential of dual orexin receptor antagonists as a subacute stroke intervention.
