Dr. Clio Rubinos is an Associate Professor in the Department of Neurology, the divisions of Neurocritical care and Epilepsy of the University of North Carolina. She is also the Director of the Post Acute Symptomatic Seizure clinic and the Co-Director of the Global health Neurology elective rotation at UNC. Dr. Rubinos’ research focuses on managing status epilepticus and acute symptomatic seizures in the acute and post-acute setting, as well as the use of continuous EEG monitoring in critical care settings. Additionally, she is involved in the exploration of biomarkers for epileptogenesis and endeavors to enhance education, collaboration and research in the field of neurocritical care and epilepsy worldwide.
