Dr. A.M. Barrett is a cognitive neurologist and rehabilitation specialist, and the UMass Memorial Chair of Neurology at UMass Chan/UMMH. She studies brain–behavior relationships with a focus on right-brain rehabilitation and is actively involved in promoting the use of cognitive analysis to enhance the patient and caregiver experience, improve outcomes, and support patient independence.
